Teimur Guseinov is a partner at Brevia and the Head of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. He has over 14 years of experience advising on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and the redomiciliation of private and public companies. His practice covers complex structuring projects across Russia, the UAE, and other jurisdictions, with a focus on sensitive matters and regulatory compliance.
Teimur also acts as a trusted advisor to private clients and family offices, assisting with asset protection, international holding structures, trust and foundation setups, and wealth transition planning. He regularly supports clients in structuring ownership of private assets and investments through ADGM, DIFC, and other platforms.
Before joining Brevia, Teimur led the legal department of an investment group and worked for over a decade at Russia’s top-tier law firms. He has acted for both private and public clients across Russia, the UAE, Cyprus, and other key jurisdictions.
