Teimur Guseinov is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A practice at Brevia. He has extensive experience in advising on the structuring of M&A transactions and joint ventures and unique expertise in the redomiciliation of international public companies. Teimur also has significant experience with corporate governance and real estate issues.
Working for more than 10 years in leading law firms and investment groups, Teimur represented both private and public clients and provided general management of complex cross-border corporate ventures. He currently continues to advise private clients on a wide range of business issues.
As an expert, Teimur is involved in legislative work; in particular, he participated in the development of Russian legislation on redomiciliation.

Prior to joining Brevia, Teimur acted as a Head of Legal in an investment group and worked at leading Russian law firms.
Teimur graduated with honors from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Private Law from the Russian School of Private Law.
Teimur is a visiting lecturer at Higher School of Economics University, one of Russia’s leading universities, on structuring mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and redomiciliation.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences and frequently publishes on his fields of expertise.
He is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
