Olga Tsvetkova is the Managing partner of Brevia and a recognized expert in complex cross-border disputes, as well as related transnational legal matters. Having practiced in Russia, Switzerland and the UAE, she combines an international outlook with a background of holding senior positions both in leading law firms and in-house, in the private and public sectors.

Olga has handled high-profile commercial and investment arbitration cases and managed legal processes across multiple jurisdictions. She has counseled on drafting international contracts and interstate treaties, as well as advised clients on sanction-compliance matters. In the last 15 years, she has developed effective strategies in over 60 projects. Her work spans a wide range of industries including natural resources, energy, securities, construction, telecommunications and others.

Prior to Brevia, Olga led the international arbitration practice in a major CIS law firm and worked in leading U.S. law firms. She also previously acted as a public servant, where she supervised several multibillion investment disputes.

Olga has been recommended by top legal ratings. She is a member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, and a co-founder of the Russian Arbitrators Guide: Next Generation, published in 2021.

Olga graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School and obtained her LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) in Switzerland.

Olga is a guest lecturer at Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School on Arbitration Law and a frequent speaker and moderator at international conferences.

Olga is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
