Alexey Slashchilin is an Associate at Brevia. He represents clients in courts in multiple jurisdictions, as well as in international arbitration proceedings. Alexey specializes in corporate and commercial litigations, disputes with governmental authorities, as well as complex cross-border disputes.
Among Alexey’s projects are a number of corporate litigation proceedings, including a shareholder dispute in the High Court of London, a corporate damages dispute between shareholders of an oil company and a set of disputes between shareholders, the CEO and board member of a major developer. He has worked on a set of investment arbitrations and related court proceedings.
Before joining Brevia, Alexey represented clients as both a legal consultant in leading CIS law firms and as an in-house lawyer.
Alexey holds bachelors and masters degrees from the Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School (cum laude).
He is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
