Adam Nalgiev is an Associate at Brevia. He specializes in international arbitration and complex cross-border disputes, and his academic interests cover matters of international arbitration and international justice.
Adam represented and advised sovereign parties and major corporate clients in a number of proceedings before international courts and tribunals, including investment treaty arbitration and interstate arbitration under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. At Brevia, he focuses on IDR matters and advises clients on international commercial arbitration, cross-border dispute settlement and enforcement of awards and court decisions, disputes involving public bodies, as well as on sanctions.
Adam regularly writes on a variety of topic in public international law and international justice for prominent Russian and foreign law reviews, including Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, International Justice Journal and others
Prior to joining Brevia, Adam worked as an associate with a leading CIS law firm focusing on cross-border dispute resolution and interned as a summer associate at an international law firm.
