Olga Tsvetkova spoke at the India ADR Week 2026

India ADR Week, one of the key arbitration community gatherings, took place on 7-11 September 2026 in various locations across India.

On 10 September, Olga Tsvetkova, Brevia's Managing Partner took part in the panel entitled "Guerrilla Tactics, Tribunal Inertia, and Procedural Breakdown: Who Really Derails Arbitration?" hosted by Lexster Law LLP in Delhi together with the Managing Partners of Lexster Law LLP and M&CO Legal, and India’s Senior Advocates.

Olga also lectured at the Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration Tribunal Secretary Training Program 2026 in Mumbai on 9 September. Together with Gathi Prakash Karrah, Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, she shared practical experience on establishing the initial procedural framework in arbitration.
